We collect data through direct interactions, including registrations, forms, purchases, and surveys, as well as through cookies, log files, web beacons, and similar website technologies.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number or card security code on our registration server. Registration and transaction records, such as payment status and transaction or invoice references, are separate from those payment credentials.

Course Delivery & Support

Your information may be used to provide courses and services, process registrations and purchases, send confirmations and certificates, and support customer service and account-related communications.

Site Improvement & Fraud Prevention

Information may also be used to improve website performance, understand how the site is used, troubleshoot issues, and monitor for fraud or misuse.

Analytics & Campaign Measurement

PayPal or Stripe processes payments. For sessions delivered through GoToWebinar, registration information such as your name and email address is provided to GoToWebinar to register you and support session access. Course administration may also involve attendance and participation information.

Information involved depends on the service: for example, an email provider handles message delivery information, while security tools may process technical information such as an IP address. Analytics services, when enabled, process website usage information.

Data Storage and Security

Our services use security measures such as account access controls, secure connections, and anti-abuse checks. These measures do not mean every record or backup is encrypted in every system.

No online system or method of transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Please do not email passwords, full payment card numbers, or card security codes.

Include your registration email and a description of your request, but do not include sensitive payment credentials. Our program manager reviews requests and may need to verify your identity before processing them.

Record Retention

We do not currently have a single documented retention schedule covering all record categories. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. Some registration, transaction, attendance, certificate, or communication-preference records may need to be retained for service, accounting, compliance, or other applicable obligations. A deletion request does not necessarily remove every record or backup immediately.

If you continue receiving marketing emails after opting out, contact support so we can investigate. Transactional emails related to registrations, purchases, support, attendance, or certificates may still be sent when needed to provide services.
