We will learn how to prepare Form 941. Though many use a computer program for preparation of the 941 and subsequent W-2/W-3, our purpose here will be the old fashion way, by hand, to better understand what goes on the Form 941 and making sure it ties to Form W-2 before we prepare the final Forms W-2 and send to the Social Security Administration.
